Sales Executive: Guatemala

The candidate's main responsibilities will include, among others:
• Analyze customer list.
• Contact potential clients.
• Coordinate clients visits to comply with company target required.
• Follow-up with clients and keep a direct line of communication with them.
• Obtain new clients within the markets specified by management.
• Requests quote from agents, carriers and local providers.
• Analyze costs, transit time, carriers before sending quote to client.
• Follow-up quotes sent to clients.
• Utilize CRM system to record sales activities.
• Participates in sales campaigns orchestrated by management
• Offers insurance services when providing quote to the clients
• Sends detailed Routing Order to Operations department


Minimum Requirements:

• To be resident in Guatemala´s City, Guatemala.
• To have at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarder.
• Knowledgeable in CRM systems
• Intermediate level in Spoken and Written English.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Customer Service skills
• To be graduated in careers such as Business Administration, Logistics, and related.

Job Type: Full-time

Language: Spanish and English (Preferred)
Work Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
• Benefits of Law as established by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Laws in force.
