We are pleased to announce that Michael Gerding will join OnBoard Logistics as Vice President of Global Strategy and Sales, starting October 1, 2026.
Career path
Michael brings more than 30 years of leadership in international freight forwarding and supply chain. He joins us from Röhlig Logistics, where over 22 years he held positions of increasing responsibility in Germany, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.
Most recently, he served as Regional CEO for Latin America, with direct P&L and board-level responsibility across the region.
His new role at OnBoard
In his new role, Michael will lead the definition and execution of OnBoard’s global commercial strategy, strengthening our position as a trusted logistics partner across our network of 15 countries and 31 offices.
His experience in business development, key account management and multi-country operations will be key as we keep moving industries, innovation and trust, together.
