The gathering took place in Panama City and brought together the sales team from our 15 countries, who took an active part in every activity, strengthening bonds and sharing best practices.
Wellbeing and purpose from the start
From the very beginning we included sessions such as Yoga Breath Work, focused on reconnecting with individual purpose as a driver of collective results. We believe sustainable performance starts with personal balance.
Feedback Fest
We also held our Feedback Fest, a space designed to recognize achievements, highlight the potential of every team member and strengthen a culture of constructive, ongoing feedback.
The triangle of commercial success
Throughout the event we worked on activities centered on professionalism and on the key pillars of OnBoard’s commercial development, aligning vision, strategy and execution across all our teams.
The high point was consolidating the “triangle of commercial success”, which brings together three elements as the foundation of our regional growth:

Our office in the “tornillo” building
Our Panama City office, located in the iconic “tornillo” (screw) building, was the perfect setting to welcome the whole team and bring them closer to our work environment, reinforcing their sense of belonging and our organizational culture.
