We completed our ISO 9001:2015 audits with Bureau Veritas

We are pleased to share that we have successfully completed the external maintenance audits for our ISO 9001:2015 certification at our certified offices.

New offices in scope

This year the process also brought new offices into the audit scope, one more step in strengthening our quality management system across the region:

• El Salvador
• Mexico
• The Panamá Pacífico warehouse

How the audits were carried out

The audits were conducted by the certification body Bureau Veritas, with visits to several offices on behalf of the group. An auditor from the certification body and our Quality and Process Implementation Management team took part in the process.
